In our discipleship process we ask everyone to come to worship and stay on connect. Therefore, we offer environments, where all who enter our doors will have a place to connect with others.
RC Kids - Children's Sunday School
Ages 3 through Grade 5 Jesus said, "Let the children come unto me." At Regester Chapel UMC, we feel the church and families need to work together to help children grow in wisdom, faith and friendship. That is why we use the 252 Basics curriculum by Orange to teach three very important truths based on Jesus in Luke 2:52 to our children
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Each month an exciting new theme is introduced to reinforce these truths. A monthly resource page is given to parents with talk points and suggestions for continuing their child's growth at home.
Youth Sunday School Class - 6th grade to 12th grade. Meeting each Sunday morning from 10 to 11 am in the Youth Center. Also youth are invited to be part of the Sunday School Power Hour volunteers for RC Kids Age 3 through Grade 5.
The "Interlude" Youth Program (6th Grade through 12th Grade) meets on Sunday Nights from 6 to 8 pm at the Youth Center. No longer, children, not quite adults. it's the Interlude that is teenage life. Join together with friends and committed adult small group leaders for exciting worship, life giving teaching and regular opportunities to serve the world for Christ.
Note: Youth Group Interlude does not meet during summer vacation. We will resume our Sunday evening Interlude in September

It is our desire for adults to Come to Worship, Stay and Connect in a Community Group or Sunday school, and Go Serve & Share the Gospel inside the church walls and beyond into the communities around us.
In order for us to stay and connect we need to do life with other Christians and in a Community Groups is where we can do that. Community Groups are for adults of all ages, stages of life, and spiritual maturity.
Community Groups provide the best opportunity for adults to build relationships, grow in our walks with Jesus and reach others in our community.
Community Groups are modeled after the example of the early church in Acts 2:46-47;
The New Testament church placed emphasis on the application of the Word, fellowship, prayer, and mutual edification within the homes of believers. This strengthened and propelled the church forward in growth and fellowship.
'46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.'
Acts 2:46-47 New International Version (NIV)
